Return & Exchange Policy
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our cartridges & inks ( except CISS systems and refillable cartridges, printhead, parts as they are not dot4dot products ) up to 30 days from the day of purchase. If your invoice date has passed the 30 days, we will not be able to honor any return or exchange.
All product returns must obtain return authorization (RA) number. Packages returned without authorization will NOT be processed and will be returned to the sender.

All defective cartridges that are returned to us as defective are subject to inspection. If we determine the cartridge is not defective, the customer will incur a restocking fee. Please review our trouble shooting procedures before determining if your cartridge is defective.
All unopened cartridges returned for a refund will be refunded if received in proper condition.
Restocking & Cancellation Fee:
Restocking and cancellation fees are charged depending if the cartridges were improperly packaged and or damaged in shipping. This ensures that some of the processing costs associated with shipping and processing your orders, i.e. credit card fees and handling charges. A 25% restocking and cancellation fee could apply to packages that are returned for, but not limited to, the following reasons:
1. Customer cancels order
2. Customer changed order after placing order
3. Customer ordered the wrong color cartridges and does not want to replace them with the correct ones and is frequesting a refund
4. All parts and printheads in original un-opend package
Exchange or return process:
If you want to exchange or return your cartridges or supplies for any reason please follow the procedure below:
Step 1: Email first customer at firstname.lastname@example.org and state reason for return or exchange. Customer service will send to you an approved return authorization number and shipping address.
Step 2: From receipt of your return authorization number, properly pack and ship your items back.
Step 3: Upon receipt of your package we will inspect the product and issue a credit as required.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
If you are returning a product to us, please take care in re-boxing your cartridges and supplies. Damaged products due to improperly repackaging will not be refunded.
